WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing is using an instrument (we will be using a Tibetan bowl) to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. The sound frequencies emitted from the bowl promote nervous system rebalancing, emotional release and deep healing.
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
We will start with sound healing while visualizing the things that make you feel small and the things that make you feel empowered. From there Mindset Coach, Yasmine M, will dive into a discussion on Personal Growth and Fulfillment.
