WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound healing is using an instrument (we will be using a Tibetan bowl) to balance and heal the body, mind and spirit. The sound frequencies emitted from the bowl promote nervous system rebalancing, emotional release and deep healing.
HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
We will start with sound healing while focusing on the new chapter that you are entering or seeking to enter, and what it will take to make that leap. From there Mindset Coach, Yasmine M, will dive into a discussion on Clarity and Embracing a New Chapter.
